Different language? #1

Hi, i've tried your plugin, it helps.

But could there be a selection for different languages in the Search Term dialog?

For exmple, i can choose https://en.wikipedia.org/ or https://zh.wikipedia.org while entering the search term.

Sure, I can do this. I will also add a preferred language setting in the plugin settings.
