Boton USER AREA y view de Download Software. #27

Vamos agregar un botón nuevo USER AREA que va a usar el espacio de la imagen menu_r3_c11.jpg. (Va adjunta la nueva imagen)

Al hacer click debe abrir una nueva hoja que contenga los enlaces a las Apps y el software de T20, DMX24.4 y CS.

En esta hoja debe decir;
