Manually test on all supported OSs #10

  1. Run installation script (see #12)
  2. Run installation sanity tests and retain any logs/errors (see #8)
  3. Manually install and run a new VM
  4. Run uninstallation script (see #11)
  5. Run uninstallation sanity test and retain any logs/errors (see #11)
  6. Repeat on all supported OSs until they all work and report no errors.
