Changing the password at the first login #1370

In CUBA.platform, it was possible, when performing a password reset, not to generate a new one, but to force the user to change it when trying to log in. There is need to get this ability in jmix

@wanchoonkit - we'll take your request into account. Please note that currently you can implement this functionality in the project or delegate it to Keycloak if you integrate it using the OIDC add-on.
