Jmix blames its own generated code for using internal APIs

Current Behavior

• Create new Composite project
• Add one module "Add-On (Java") to it.
• Open generated @Configuration class from this add-on.

Actual:

Jmix Studio displays many warnings for using internal APIs, for the code just generated by Studio itself.
