Misleading UI in genericFilter creation #3843

Environment

Jmix version: 2.3.4

Bug Description

While adding property to filter user can select "Properties"(top of tree) which is kind of title, not entity property

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open view with genericFilter
  2. Press "add search condition" button

Current Behavior

image tree root "Properties" has a checkbox next to it

Expected Behavior

tree root "Properties" has a no checkbox next to it
