[Next Vaadin version] Extend available settings in theme editor. #434

Currently, we can only edit colors and preset sizes. It would be handy to support other styles like margins/spacings/borders/etc when we migrate to new Vaadin version. I mean Jmix version of this editor: https://helium-editor.cuba-platform.com/#main
