RememberMe authentication must consider locale

• Create an app with 2 locales: en, ru
• Login with RememberMe=on and ru locale
• You will see the UI in Russian
• Quit the web browser
• Open the web browser and open the app address
• Login screen is correctly skipped, but you will see the UI in English
