We lose some resolution when using the backlinks to get the initiatives from the people notes - even if we have the initiatives under areas in the customer files, when we add a backlink it is shown only as [[Customer#Initiative]] so, the way to keep this resolution is adding the area directly to the initiative name.
The format for the customer files would be as follows:
Customer file
# AREA NAME <-- We can keep this one for organization purposes but will not be used
## AREA NAME @ INITIATIVE NAME status::won | lost | abandoned |...status:: won | lost | abandoned | delayed | ... <-- Right below the initiative line
We can add inside this initiative any information we may need, stakeholders, value, etc...
Maybe even some additional metadata like vectorid::0000fyYshgteR8723
The format for the people updates would be:
Person file
#### DATE<-- Can have additional details
##### DATE [[Customer#AREA NAME @ INITIATIVE NAME status::...]] <-- Can have additional details
