Updating the initiative title breaks all the backlinks

It affects how we are filtering the issues once they are won | lost | abandoned | etc... If we update the initiative title to add status::won then all the backlinks in the people's notes break Maybe we need to put the status and additional metadata right below the initiative title and use it for filtering ?

Decided to have a next line in the initiative to show the status and not update the title
