Case on "Edit Input name" Dialog Box in Block Editor #1745

Shouldn't it be "Edit Input Name" with a capitol N?

The 'i' in 'input' is also lowercase, so I think this is, at least, internally consistent.

However, some dialogs like the block editor ("Block Editor") are all title case - there's a few inconsistencies across Snap!. I'm not sure what's "better", but it does seem like the titles should all be, well...., Title Case.
