Very very minor -- some new menu words not translated to different languages #290

Just for fun I ran Snap! in Chinese, and found that some of the menu items weren't translated (presumably because they were added after the translation document was created):

Sprocket->Plain Prototype Labs Sprocket->Flat Design Sprocket->Codification Support Cloud->Logout Cloud->Change password File->Libraries Control->Message watcher Control->Pause All Expressions->Unicode Expressions->split by ALL the Control->Libraries->Iteration new blocks Probably many more...

Well, Dan, looks like someone who speaks Chinese should update the translation file! :-)
