Added a fig 2b with the F1 scores in HGSVC/GIAB (SV presence eval, whole-genome).
Added a fig 2c with size distribution of SVs in HGSVC/GIAB.
Updated fig3 to be the deletion example (new version from @ekg) aligned with the IGV view.
Updated the legends and results, please review.

Last thing I want to add to this PR are better PR curves in supp (full and zoomed versions, see #87).
