Started a branch to integrate the feedback.

FYI, I'm rerunning KMC/Bayestyper with default memory values to get a more fair Table S7. I'll add the results to this branch in a couple of hours.

I manually fixed the problematic citations, it was always because of a consortium behind in the author list and messing the formatting. It works locally for me but we should double check the automated pdf later.

I added a paragraph to the results section to mention the "over-genotyping" problem in some of the other methods. Any thoughts?
