Folder to centralize data/script for figures/tables #5

We could have a folder with R/Python scripts that create the figures and with the necessary data to make them. That way it will be easy to tweak and update the figures.

It seems like other manuscripts that used manubot had their scripts and figures in another repo but we could try to keep everything in one repo to make it simple.

I added the folder and some scripts.

@eldariont I put the R commands to make the diagonal graphs I had made before. This is starting from the tsv that you had shared.

@glennhickey could you add the *prcurve.tsv files for the different analysis on the HGSVC? I created a draft R script to read the files and create one graph (per type) with all the curves.
