vg call figure #81

Add a vg call cartoon, which could go into Figure 1a).

This is just a slight modification of what @jmonlong and @eldariont made in #70, where the SNP was changed for a deletion. (I like the SNP better, but we barely talk about them in the paper...)

Yes, the SNP example is be good when presenting about genome graphs but for the paper this is much better. I aligned a bit the arrows and added the cartoon in the panel for fig1 with a legend:

" a) vg uses the read coverage over possible paths to genotype variants in a "bubble" (or snarl). The cartoon depicts the case of an heterozygous insertion and an homozygous deletion. The algorithm is described in more details in Methods."
