Edits and comments for the methods section and supplementary material #87

Here are my edits and comments for the methods section and supplementary material. I think they both look great and I only have a couple of comments for each.

I added some information in the methods about some points that we had indeed forgotten.

I removed the comments on the yeast part because we have the new PR #101 . One to remember adding in the new PR: "I think it is important to write how the strains used for construction were selected. Randomly"

I think we can merge this PR now.
