Minor changes and draft of acknoledgments/contribution/etc

Minor changes:

• Updated the text with version of GIAB used in practice (v.0.5).
• Added supp cartoon illustrating the SV evaluation.
• Mentioned the >=50 bp rule when evaluation SVs

I drafted the declaration section. Please modify the contribution section as you see fit and add competing interests/funding/acknowledgment.

Thanks, Jean, for starting with the declaration section. From my side, all is well and we only need to add funding information and the DOI. My funding came in part from the Max Planck research school. So when you add all your funding you could insert something like the following sentence wherever it fits:

This work was supported by the International Max Planck Research School for Computational Biology and Scientific Computing doctoral program.

I also made a few minor corrections in the text you added, Jean. Could you please check that I didn't break anything? :)
