Upload data on a public S3 bucket. #93

We could upload the different VCFs produced by vg and the other methods benchmarked. Maybe also the graphs for the different datasets, human and yeast?

I've asked Miten to see if we can use the public "Pangenomics" S3 bucket.

The VCFs for vg and other methods on all the datasets for the evaluation on human are now in the pangenomics public S3 bucket at https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/human-pangenomics/index.html?prefix=vgsv2019/vcfs/.

I added the link to the code repo.
