Just doing my little pass over, most of the things I was worried about have already been fixed. I'm good to submit this now. I do wonder if we might add a section on breakpoint correction to the results section, but not enough to hold up submission. We should also probably compare against paragraph (I expect reviewers will ask for this), but again, can do that after initial submission.
