As a new employee, I would like to see a modal window when I access the on boarding tracker.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Its done when there is a new modal window
[ ] Its done when the modal window shows Welcome NEW_EMPLOYEE_NAME
[ ] Its done when you can close the modal window and access checklist
