Create Dockerfile for shipping as docker image #29

This can be used to build a docker image that makes installing and running super trivial.

Also adds build instructions to the README.

Note: you may want to push up the docker image to your own account. If so, just s/freedomben/your_username. I don't mind you leaving it on mine tho. It should be pretty low maintenance and I can keep it updated.

Pork: Fix a few typos in the README.md

I haven't really used Docker much, so I'm content with using your image for now as long as it's alright with you.
