THis was the one a wanted to make a pull request of THIS IS NOT TESTED WITH ROASTER YET!

Summary of Proposed Updates:

• Added comments to clarify logic and constants.
• Reorganized functions to improve readability.
• Renamed some functions, e.g., changed 'getMessage' to 'receiveSerialBitsFromRoaster'.
• Replaced indefinite loops with timeouts to prevent freezing during roaster communication (needs review and testing).
• Implemented a new function for handling failsafe operations. (and moved istbeentolong() in to this instead of in loop()
• Added a maximum temperature check; if exceeded, run estop().
