Add register and login routes to the api

HOW TO TEST:

using postman: REGISTER: TYPE: POST REQUEST, URL: http://localhost:3001/auth/register BODY: RAW: { "username": "newuser12345", "password": "password123" } would create a new user in the db for this

LOGIN: TYPE: POST REQUEST, URL: http://localhost:3001/auth/login BODY: RAW: { "username": "newuser12345", "password": "password123" } would return a JWT that would be used in the ui to make sure the user can use the router that require a jwt to proceed so that we know they are allowed to see that page

Extra Resources

YOU ALSO NEED TO ADD AN .env file at the same level as your src file and package.json using stuff inside of the .env.example Closes #80
