There is no UnitTesting folder in GTM Xcode Plugin.xcplugin.10.0.6.zip I
downloaded.

As the iPhone/iOS SDK moved along, we shifted to just using the trunk and
didn't worry about release zip.

So, can I still use this tool for iphone app unit testing? If yes, how can I
grab UnitTesting folder/code base from trunk. --Thanks.

Yes, just check out from subversion directly. svn is installed as part of the
mac dev tools (Xcode).

Thanks for reply, I did install xcode 3.2.2, but didn't find any UnitTesting
folder mentioned in instruction. How can I check out from subversion directly?
Sorry I'm pretty new to this area. Thanks a lot!

The folder you are asking about is part of GTM, not part of Xcode. You need to
check out the GTM code from subversion into your project directory.
