Missing IPv4/6 range input #3

I have these ranges: 2600:380:F510::1 - 2600:380:F51F:FFFF:FFFF:FFFF:FFFF:FFFE 32.0.0.0 - 32.255.255.255

And I want to be able to insert them and get the right CIDR for them.
