Translating to Russian language #109

I want to translate all the dialogs and menu items "lamw" into Russian. How can I do it?

Hi, DRL-28! We'll still have to wait for some time until the LAMW supports multiple idioms/languages [in fact, the lazarus has tools to support multiple idioms... maybe someone can contribute ...]
