AppBarLayout Order Component Is Change #478

Hi, I've found there is something change since I pull new Repository. I do remember that in demos folder AppCompatTabLayoutDemo2, that the Layout Order Toolbar First then TabLayout, but when I tried it again with newest repository the Order changed
