multiple rules generate dobby/dobby.lib #222

I'm trying to use dobby as a subdirectory. Here is the error line: 

set_target_properties(dobby_static
  PROPERTIES OUTPUT_NAME "dobby"
  )

It should not have the same name as dobby.
