[release] The last recent release, only iOS release #260

I found that this tool was recently updated with release, but I clicked on it and found that only iOS and Linux-related resources were available. Other Windows and Android are gone. Or will Android resources be integrated into Linux in the future? What about Windows resources?

If there is no build for others, could you please send it out after the build?

dobby无论是最新版还是之前的release版，都极其容易闪退。所以，我目前已经放弃用dobby了。
