A quiet configuration option would be nice.
I.e. either don't log anything at all or (IMO better) just log a summary of how 
many files have been processed.

Completed, will be in next release.
Can set quiet mode with <quiet>true</quiet> which stops the summary being 
printed at the end of the plugin's execution.
If you need to see file per file logging then you can run maven in debug mode 
(-X) to see each file replaced.

BTW: there's a typo in

'quite' instead of 'quiet'
