Update Artifact name #62

The plugin naming policy has changed to reserve all maven-_____-plugin to their 
own built in plugins or the user's build will break.

We must rename this plugin in order to avoid this issue for users.

Code changes made. Renamed artifact id to "replacer". Will need to perform a 
release to update central repo.
