Can't find dockerize.sh and docker-compose.yml #439

Hello,

I can't find the files from https://osctrl.net/deployment/docker/

I used the docs from here to deploy using docker: https://github.com/jmpsec/osctrl/tree/main/deploy/docker

I think they changed the docker deploy but the docs were not updated
