added some missing deps
added README hint to install browserify globally (the build script needs the executable)
removed browserify-built scripts from repo
minor tabs cleanup

Thanks for the cleanup. But what if we keep browserify local to the project and just update the build script to point to ./node_modules/.bin/browserify?

that's what I thought after submitting the PR ;) i'll change it ...
