Added functionality to override version of JSONEditor to use #42

Hi, Can this PR be merged into master? I'ver made a small change so that it is possible to override/update or source from a cdn the version of jsoneditor used in django-json-widget.

Nice change, I was looking at updating the JS and CSS files myself as I noticed they are very old. Since this isn't getting a lot of tracking but it's a great project I'll also be willing to help maintain and have forked this today merging in this request along with the update notes for Django 3.1 and updated setup.py and requirements.txt for Django 3.1 as well The new JS /CSS files will keep this package updated with the latest features which are already useful IMO

@lingster thank you very much for your contribution. I had some personal matters to attend this time ... Now I hope I have more time to be able to bring the project up to date, however if I need help for maintenance it is good to know that I can count on you and @StevenMapes 👏
