General Forum/Wiki/Comment Threads ? #14

Sid Ryan requests for: "A forum-type structure would be incredibly useful for coordinating general guidance, and separate discussion groups per-project. And I think that we can make the datasets up already great by allowing further documents to go online for dissection."

It would be relatively easy to allow users to add data to each project, we could have a comment thread at the bottom only allowing text without links & also allow the addition of links into the data sections (NAO reports, FOI requests) and just white-list the links so they can only point to pages on: http://WhatDoTheyKnow.com, http://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk which would limit the appeal for spammers.
