0.9.8b: Pulling from top does not refresh view #777

Encountered this behaviour on 0.9.7b as well. Server version 10.9.3.

Dragging from the top of the album or song view displays the refresh icon briefly but does not update the list of items; this is especially noticable when sorting by "random."
