Can you share the finamp logs from your client / maybe the transcoding logs from the Jellyfin server?
I tried to replicate your issue by replicating your settings, downgrading to 0.9.9, downloading some songs, and then upgrading to 0.9.10 and playing them. I also tried to download some transcodes while on version 0.9.10 and it worked just fine. The issue also isn't happening on 0.9.11 for me.
I am running on the latest version of Graphene OS which is on andorid 14 so that should be the same. The only difference between my setup and yours is I'm running Jellyfin 10.9.10.
Edit: Also - you mentioned findroid? I'm assuming that's a typo but just to clarify in case it wasn't finamp is different.
Actually, now that i've investigated the issue, there is a permissions issue on my Jellyfin Server. This issue is not related to the Finamp app. Thank you for all the help
Hello, Im not sure if this issues thread is for the Beta release or not, sorry if im in the wrong spot to report this.
I was using the beta release from a few months ago 0.9.9 and transcoded downloads were playing well in offline mode. I installed the latest Beta release last night 0.9.10 and transcoded downloads are not playing. i've tried a few tracks and none of them played even though it appears they are downloaded. it appears that if i download the original track it does play.
Previous release (0.9.9) transcoded downloads are working properly. but i dont want to go back to it because playlists were not displaying on the UI :(
My settings are: Enable Transcoded Downloads: Always codec: MP3 bitrate: 192kbps (i tried lowering it but same result)
