Enable copying response headers #131

Response headers are shown in Table view. However there is no way to copy any 
part of the header.
My webservice is returning 204 Created response with random url in Location 
header. 
Every time I want to test the returned url I have to input it by hand.

Thanks for reporting the issue. Let me try to add a right-click menu for the 
result.

Rev.505 has the fix. Right-click on the response header table for copy-options.
