Some specialization dropdown selections don't cause an AJAX request #44

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Load home page
  2. Click 2v2 bracket
  3. Select Death Knight in the first class dropdown
  4. Select one of the bottom two specs (Frost or Unholy)

The bottom specs don't seem to have the refresh() method call.
