Merging Thorlabs branch into Master #16

Propose merging active development Thorlabs branch with Master to resolve multiple original issues, update detection engine to latest thinking. Major change for existing users will be that the pupil/iris detector is trained on video data specific to Caltech's Thorlabs camera setup. Retraining should work for specific video types where the current classifier fails.

Resolved conflicts and merged Thorlabs branch into Master. Lots of new features and current coding approach now in Master. Let me know what bugs develop.

Don’t thank me yet :) I did zero post-merge testing on the resulting Frankstein’s monster of code ...
