MR artifact start time #4

Needs median filtered estimation of MR onset from artifact flag timeseries

Switched to using artifact power and detecting onset using MAD of initial 1s of gaze video artifact power. Seems to work ok, though will fail if artifact is already present in first frame - should be easily spotted. Onset time is recorded in report.html.
