Remove unused code #181

Proposal to delete everything I could detect that you are not using.

Some makefiles have been changed to avoid generating files that currently are not used (as can be seen any of them have size 0)

For now I close since: Conflicts with the request #173 that is more conservative. And PR #173 is important to apply! (this PR is just a matter of cleaning dispensable)
