Allows adding product or HU on reviewing orders. #213

Reviewing orders allows adding quantities of any product of the provider and HU. Only nedded ara active. New button " Add item "

Now order=editTotalQuantity works if the existing total is zero, in this case the new total is evenly distributed among the HUs on the order.

Reviewing a new button "Add item" appears,

It is only necessary that the products and HUs are active. But it is not necessary that the product is activated for the date of the order, after add it the product is activated for the date.
