Instead of the button, the graph should be updated dynamically whenever stuff changes. To make this possible, we have to do the following (please add if you find something is missing):
[x] implement change listeners that call updateGraph() when needed
[x] bind GraphView to the MyGraph so that it is also updated (if that hasn't been done yet)
[x] make sure Graph is only generated when
At least two samples are loaded
A rank has been selected (we should display the selected rank as well, btw)
