[Suggestion] JPanel Help Commands #16

Title says it all. A command (/jpanel) that shows information about the plugin such as it's version and the author and also says to do a command to show all the commands JPanel has to offer (/jpanel help) and that command can show the 2 commands: /jpanel addlogin and /jpanel changepassword with brief descriptions of each. Thanks! I really believe this plugin can go really far!
