Why ?

for #168 ( general access control )
use case :
- After semantization of a CSV file, one imports all in a specific graph;
- if user has write access on this specific graph, she can delete and update the triples
- the graph URI should be displayed
may be useful for Triples from LOD should not be editable #166

How ?

Keep track of graph URI in htmlName : just add a # RDF comment after the triple - NOTE: currently Banana does not implement quads
add val graph in Entry
change Form2HTMLDisplay to write the graph URI
change HttpParamsManager to read the graph URI

The implementation of write access on a specific graph, and the process by which this access right is set, are for another issue.
