Load RDF document from another instance on same server and different port #178

Currently SF is unable to distinguish another instance on same server and different port from the current server ( because it just looks for /lpd/ ! ) . So , it tries to find the data in the current database (where it is not !) , instead of donwload the RDF content just like any RDF document for Internet .

Tested OK, no special development was done !
