Added toolbar with icons for action #34

Open kompilainenn opened 3 months ago

I'm too lazy and it's too hard for me to open every time sub-menu like Format -> Code Highlighter 2 -> Some_action

I suggest to add into the extension a toolbar with the same actions as in that sub-menu. It can be done in addition to sub-menu or instead, as you will decide.

Please allow buttons to be available for different User Interface (UI) layouts changed with Menu BarViewUser Interface…

Thank you

Hi,

Thanks for the suggestions. At first the extension was intended without toolbar, to keep the user interface as clean as possible. I know it's possible to hide a toolbar while unused, but I was thinking that two shortcuts for the most common commands (highlight with and without dialog) would be a better choice. Designing toolbar also means designing icons, which I'm not really good for. If shorcuts are not a solution and you have some skills in creating icons ( ;-) ), I'll take time to add a toolbar.

PS. I will be in holidays from next thursday for two week.

  1. What are the names of the required icons?

  2. Can free icons be used? (a) https://icons8.com/icons/ (b) https://www.flaticon.com/ (c) https://www.iconarchive.com/ (d) https://www.iconfinder.com/search?price=free

  3. Update (a) https://icons8.com/icons/set/update (b) https://www.flaticon.com/search?word=Update

  4. Highlight (a) https://icons8.com/icons/set/highlight (b) https://www.flaticon.com/search?word=Highlight

Thank you

Ovari, all variants of the Notebook UI in LibreOffice can not be changed by extensions, IMHO

I know one great icon designer and can ask him to draw something for this extension
