Fix mismatch in acquire_neon_data argument naming #10

The argument name in the function is data_file_name, but in several places it is called (or documented) as just file_name. This harmonizes uses to data_file_name.

I just watched @jmzobitz & @naupaka's excellent lightening talk at the macrosystems conference and came to check things out. Ran into this issue trying the example from the README.
